Designing Your Deck
Designing your deck can be a really fun process! We recommend spending time looking online for different design inspiration. Consider the shape and landscape of your yard and how what portion you would like to attribute to your deck and what portion to your yard. You don't have to get stuck with a simple square deck if you don't want. Design something based on how you intend to use it. Most people enjoy having their deck as an extension of their interior living space and used for entertaining and hosting. Think about having a spot to gather around (or under).
