This project began with the removal of an old, deteriorated garage and the construction of a 26' × 36' custom detached garage designed for both vehicle storage and flexible living space. The new structure features a clean, modern exterior with white board-and-batten siding contrasted by a black garage door, creating a timeless and bold curb-appeal upgrade.

Inside, the garage was thoughtfully designed with an additional interior partition, creating a second fully finished room ideal for a home gym or private workout space. This room was fully insulated, drywalled, and equipped with a gas heater for year-round comfort. A sliding door opening directly to the backyard enhances usability and natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, making this garage a highly functional, multi-purpose addition built for long-term value.
