This project began with the removal of an aging, failing garage and its replacement with a custom-built 24' × 26' detached garage designed for durability, comfort, and visual cohesion with the existing home. The new garage was fully insulated, drywalled, and equipped with a gas heater, creating a warm, functional space suitable for year-round use in Calgary’s climate.

To ensure the new structure blended seamlessly with the property, the garage was designed with a hip roof style to match the existing home. The exterior was finished with James Hardie® premium Hardie Board siding, paired with a custom walnut-style garage door for a clean, high-end appearance. The scope of work also included wrapping the entire property and constructing a new custom fence designed to match the garage, resulting in a cohesive, polished look that significantly enhanced curb appeal and overall property value.
